Behavioral Health Center’s complies with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), meaning that your healthcare information is secure and confidential. You must provide written permission for us to communicate with anyone about you and your treatment.
We must report information we obtain about neglect, exploitation, and/or abuse of children and/or dependent or incompetent adults to the Department of Health and Human Services. We will make efforts to warn and protect any intended victims of violence. We will attempt to protect you if we believe you may hurt yourself. We attempt to discuss our concerns with you and include you in our planning.
