Dianna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years’ experience in the mental health field in the Bangor area. Dianna completed her undergraduate education at the University of Maine and Memorial University of Newfoundland. Dianna received her M.S.W. degree from New Mexico Highlands University. Dianna completed a successful career of federal service with the Department of Veterans Affairs where she played a leadership role in the development of the VA Mental Health Clinic in Bangor. Dianna is an experienced psychotherapist who works with individuals, groups, and families. Dianna treats clients with anxiety problems and substance abuse issues. Dianna has extensive experience with the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and works with those who have experienced sexual assault, combat and other traumas. Dianna also has experience working with veterans who are experiencing post-military adjustment problems. Dianna uses treatment approaches tailored to meet the needs of the individual client. Dianna resides in the greater Bangor area.
Currently Dianna works Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9am to 4pm. Dianna accepts all insurances. Dianna specializes in Trauma, Military Issues, Depression, Substance Abuse and Anxiety. Dianna also offers the Non-Offender Class every Tuesday 10-11:30am. Appointments are available.
